School portal privacy notice (draft)
This portal collects the information needed to process ASB paperwork: club names, names and email addresses of officers, advisors and staff, form answers, electronic signatures (typed name, email, time and document fingerprint) and audit history. Records are stored privately and are visible only to authorized staff. Questions: asb-office@example.test.
Terms of use (draft)
Use of this portal is limited to authorized school business. Signers must review the complete document before signing. Electronic signature use is subject to school approval for each form type.
Accessibility statement (draft)
This portal targets WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard navigation, visible focus, labeled fields, color-contrast checks and a typed-name signature alternative to freehand drawing. An accessibility audit has not yet been performed.
